Shipping & Packaging
The products you see at sHeAngels are in stock & ready to ship! Our shipping department is extremely swift and getting you your order is our top priority. Shipment of your order will take place within 1- 2 business days (pending authorization and verification of your credit card.) & in many cases your order will arrive in just 3-4 days!
All items purchased from sHeAngels are shipped in a Priority Mail box, or a plain manila envelope. The return address on your package will be: HTCS Inc. The name sHeAngels will not appear on the outside of your package.
Upon completion of your order, you will receive an email confirmation from us with the details of your purchase. Once shipped, you will receive a second email confirming that your order has shipped. Tracking information will also be included in that email so that you can easily track your package. International Duties and Taxes
All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws. Customs duties and taxes are assessed, generally, if the merchandise is dutiable and the value of the item is above the threshold set by the country's laws. if duties and taxes are assessed on an item mailed via the Postal Service, they are collected from the recipient. In addition, for most countries, there is an administrative fee that is collected from the recipient to cover the costs of clearing the item through customs and collecting duties and taxes.

Undeliverable or Refused Shipments:
Undeliverable or Refused merchandise will be charged for the freight charges both ways.
What is an address correction charge?
Incorrect shipping addresses (wrong house #, wrong zip, missing apartment #, etc) will incur a $5.00 charge for ground packages and $10.00 charge for air packages if correction is made after package has shipped. Incorrect addresses may also result in delayed delivery. Please double check your shipping address for accuracy.
This fee is charged to us by FedEx and UPS for incorrect addresses and will be billed to the credit card your order was placed with. If you feel you have been charged this fee in error, please contact us so we may dispute the fee with the package delivery company. We appreciate your understanding.
