My business offers great service. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and will do what it takes to make our customers happy. The buck stops here so there are no rules getting in the way of our ability to get customers exactly what they need. If you have a special situation (such as delivery requirements, after-hours service, or anything else), please contact us -- we want to work with you! One example of our great customer service was when our customer Sally M. from Kalamazoo emailed us and needed to put together a full bachelorette party in a week. She wanted gifts, door prizes for raffles and games. She gave us the full order with the understanding we would deliver on time and provide the compete order. Well, my normal supplier was out of one item, so I sent one of my employees on a road trip to find the item, which because we couldn't find the exact match, we needed to upgrade the item. I followed up with Sally after I followed the package tracking and she was “ecstatic with the level of support”. As of today, I have done four similar orders for Sally’s friends and relatives.
